Stash report/Ladybug Hugs Quilt

I have been out of my house and sewing room since shortly before Thanksgiving since we are remodeling. I have done a little hand sewing and a little knitting but not much else.  I even resisted adding to my stash.  BUT, you can only do that for so long.

Yesterday, I caved-I am going on a retreat on March 3rd and I am going to have a new Great Niece in May so...off to the LQS and 11 yards later:

Isn't that just so cute?

The remodel is coming along and the contractor says we will be back in by the end of the month-I'm hopeful.  My sewing room is finished-painted, new tile floors (I have a super gel mat to stand on) and the cabinets are back up.  SOON!

So, I have not busted any of my stash and I have added 11 yards.  Backwards but it feels great.

    This is going to be an adorable quilt! What a great Aunt you are!!! I love the fabrics and love the name of the quilt. :)

    I love it. It reminds me of a maze with the flower in the center and the ladybug trying to get to it.
